What are the check-in and check-out times?
As of 4 p.m., you can check in guaranteed. Would you like to check in a little earlier? If so, we will do our very best to do so! You can check in as soon as the property is cleaned for you. We often finish around 2 p.m., but we just can’t guarantee that. Before your trip begins, we will contact you to discuss check-in with you. In any case, we try to welcome you personally! Should you like to arrive completely flexible, that’s no problem either and you can enter with the key box in that case.

Check out is by 11:00. Would you like to stay a little longer? Please contact us so that we can look at the possibilities. Often an hour later works and sometimes 2 hours later.

Can I leave my luggage with you?
We understand that you may want to drop off your luggage earlier. Because we do not have a reception, this is only possible if one of our hostesses is present. It is therefore best to ask us in advance so that we can look at the possibilities with you.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. No refund can be claimed for a cancellation within a 5 day period. It is best to contact us to make a change. We can then see what the options are and whether there are any financial consequences.
From what age can you place a booking?
The main booker must be at least 18 years or older.
Are you child friendly?

Of course! We want every family member to experience a great stay with us! Depending on where you stay, we have a cot that we are happy to prepare for you. We advise you to click on the desired home to see if we have an extra cot there. Click here to go to the overview of our properties. You can then indicate when you make your reservation whether we can prepare the cot for you.

Can I park with you?

Depending on where you stay, you can park your car for free or for a fee. This is indicated in the description of each home, we advise you to click on the desired home to see what the parking tips are. Click here to go to the overview of our properties.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book several homes at the same time, we advise you to contact us so that we can give you personal advice. Click here for contact details.

Can I invite someone?

Our homes are available exclusively to all our guests, so unfortunately friends who have not registered in advance cannot use our spaces. If you would like to invite someone, you can contact us in advance for permission. This way we always know who is staying in our homes.

Can my dog come with me?

We understand better than anyone that your dog is part of your family and that you would like to take him with you when you travel. Depending on the home, you can take your four-legged friend with you. This is indicated in the description of each home. Are the homes accessible to people with wheelchairs?

Some homes are either on the ground floor or accessible by an elevator. This is indicated in the description of each home. We advise you to click on the desired home to see whether the home can be reached by wheelchair. Click here to go to the overview of our properties.

Can I smoke inside?
Smoking indoors is not allowed. If you would like to smoke, you can do so outside. Depending on the house, there is a garden, a terrace or a balcony.
I have something to celebrate, can you help me with this?
Great that you chose our home for your celebration! We are happy to make your stay extra special with a tailor-made surprise. If you would like to let us know in advance what you are celebrating, we can come up with a personal surprise for you. It is easiest to mention this when making your reservation. You can also be inspired by the tips in our ‘Welcome booklet’ that we will send you before your stay.
